Following the publication of a number of controversial books, police confirmed yesterday that they shut down Chompa Prokashoni of Debendranath Lane, Sutrapur, Dhaka, and the owner Md Ramjan Ali is under arrest and investigation for publishing several controversial books against the Awami League government, and the religion of Islam.
